Treat Yourself: Post Yoga Soak

A lot of us spend so much energy and attention on others that we sometimes forget to take a moment for ourselves. The more we take care of ourselves, the more we have to give our family, work and friends. This month, try focusing on practicing self-love. One of our favorite ways to do that is with a relaxing hot bath after a great yoga class, run or just because.

Try the recipe below. The milk will hydrate your skin, while the lavender oil will help to ease the mind and relax your senses.

Soothing Lavender Milk Bath

• 2 cups powdered milk

• 2 cups milk

• 1 Tablespoon olive oil

• 10 drops lavender essential oil

Mix oils and milk together. Add wet and dry ingredients slowly to running bath water. Soak for as long as you need and let your body and mind absorb the benefits!
