Jillian completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through CorePower Yoga in 2014, and had been practicing yoga for over 11 years prior to being certified. For her, yoga was for a form of exercise that was physically challenging yet easy on her joints. In addition to providing a great workout, Jillian also discovered that practicing yoga regularly helped her find focus in all areas of her life! Her desire to teach came from wanting to share the many benefits, both physical and mental, that came from her yoga experiences.
When not teaching Yoga, Jillian enjoys spending time with her husband. They love all outdoor activities and the daily adventure of living off the grid.
